本数据集为大肠杆菌SE15（E. coli SE15）的转录谱分析，旨在对比野生型大肠杆菌SE15与自体诱导物2（Autoinducer 2）合成基因LuxS突变体大肠杆菌SE15。大肠杆菌SE15分离自尿路感染患者的留置导管。本研究通过敲除大肠杆菌的自体诱导物2合成基因LuxS，探究群体感应（Quorum Sensing）相关基因的表达变化。实验设计：采用单基因芯片对比实验，对比组为野生型大肠杆菌SE15与LuxS突变型大肠杆菌SE15。
