Marine sediment from coastal areas via RC PCR

Sea floor sediments form different coastal areas are impacted by anthropogenic influences. Here we compare the influence of humans in two distinct ecosystems, one representing urbanization impact and the other representing organic enrichment caused my aquaculture.
