This project aims at studying the genotypic and phenotypic variations of a multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa which colonized or infected more than 250 patients during its 12-year spread in a University-hospital in Besançon (Eastern France) . We sequenced an early isolate (may 1997, this project) and a late isolate (april 2008, companion project)

本研究旨在探究一株多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌（Pseudomonas aeruginosa）的基因型与表型变异特征。该菌在法国东部贝桑松的一所大学附属医院内传播长达12年，期间定植或感染了250余名患者。本研究对该菌的早期分离株（1997年5月，本项目）与晚期分离株（2008年4月，配套项目）完成了测序。
