Data about rs4680 COMT SNP and rs1801133 MTHFR genes in bipolar I patients and healthy controls. Patients are classifyed as lifetime non psychotic, or pscyhotic; and if they present psychotic symptoms, as mood-congruent, mood-incongruent or both.

本数据集收录了双相I型障碍患者与健康对照的rs4680位点儿茶酚-O-甲基转移酶（Catechol-O-Methyltransferase，COMT）单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）及rs1801133位点亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶（Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase，MTHFR）单核苷酸多态性相关数据。所有研究对象被划分为终生无精神病性症状组与精神病性症状组；其中存在精神病性症状的患者，进一步根据症状类型分为心境协调型、心境不协调型或兼具两种症状的亚组。
