一种火电行业水资源高效利用集成方法,包括如下步骤:S1、循环水预处理:在絮凝槽中投加软化药剂进行预处理;S2、管式微滤膜过滤:将S1中的水通入到管式微滤膜中;S3、反渗透过滤:将S2中的水通入到反渗透系统中;S4、脱硫水预处理:将脱硫系统排水进行预处理后通入到蒸发结晶设备中。本发明的火电行业循环水和脱硫废水处理方法将水资源重复利用,污废水外排,真正做到了零排放,同时大大提高了水资源利用率。
According to this invention, an integrated method for efficient water resource utilization in the thermal power industry comprises the following steps: S1. Circulating Water Pretreatment: Add softening chemicals into a flocculation tank for pretreatment; S2. Tubular Microfiltration Membrane Filtration: Feed the water from S1 into a tubular microfiltration membrane; S3. Reverse Osmosis Filtration: Feed the water from S2 into a reverse osmosis system; S4. Desulfurization Water Pretreatment: Pretreat the effluent from the desulfurization system and then feed it into an evaporation crystallization apparatus. This method realizes water resource recycling and zero external discharge of wastewater, while significantly improving the utilization efficiency of water resources.
