Pregnant mice were infected with Heligmosomoides bakeri nematode on gestation day 7, 12 and 17 and on postnatal day 3. Vaginal lavage was collected from dam on post-natal day 2. Pup stomach content was collected on postnatal day 2 and 7. Dam intestinal content was collected on post-natal day 2 and day 9 and dam milk was collected on postnatal day 9. After DNA isolation the samples were subjected to Miseq sequencing of bacterial 16S rRNA. Data was analysed using QIIMME2
本研究中,妊娠小鼠于妊娠第7、12、17天以及产后第3天感染巴氏鼠圆线虫(Heligmosomoides bakeri)。于产后第2天采集母鼠的阴道灌洗液;分别于产后第2天和第7天采集幼崽的胃内容物;于产后第2天、第9天采集母鼠肠道内容物,并于产后第9天采集母鼠乳汁。样本经脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)提取后,进行细菌16S核糖体RNA(16S rRNA)的Miseq测序,数据分析采用QIIME2完成。
