The strain was derived from rumen of dairy cows, Gram-negative bacteria, and had certain acid-producing capacity. In previous studies, this strain has been shown to have a certain probiotic effect on human intestinal health. Since the source of this strain is different from that of the strain screened before, the purpose of this whole genome sequencing is to lay a foundation for the expansion of ruminant microecological preparations.

该菌株分离自奶牛瘤胃，属于革兰氏阴性菌（Gram-negative bacteria），具有一定产酸能力。既往研究显示，该菌株对人体肠道健康具备一定益生菌功效。鉴于该菌株与此前筛选得到的菌株来源存在差异，本次全基因组测序（whole genome sequencing）的目标是为反刍动物微生态制剂的拓展应用奠定研究基础。
