Intrauterine infection/inflammation is one of the important causes that lead to brain injury in preterm infants. The pathological mechanisms and processes in preterm brain injury is complex and fully understood not yet. In this experiment, we intended to investigate the expression profile of high-throughput sequencing and screen possible related lncRNA in brain tissue of offspring rats induced by intrauterine infection/inflammation, and explore the diagnostic value through bioinformatics methods.

宫内感染/炎症是引发早产儿脑损伤的重要诱因之一。早产儿脑损伤的病理机制与过程较为复杂,目前尚未完全阐明。本实验旨在探究宫内感染/炎症诱导的子代大鼠脑组织中高通量测序的表达谱,筛选潜在相关长链非编码RNA(lncRNA),并通过生物信息学方法探讨其诊断价值。
