This FAIRsharing record describes: MIATE/invivo defines a minimum set of metadata requirements for an in vivo animal toxicology experiment and recommended ontologies. It is intended to standardize (meta)data collection for traditional in vivo toxicology study designs and promote the Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable (FAIR) principles for in vivo animal toxicology experiments. MIATE aims to be a community-driven set of minimal metadata requirements for animal toxicology experiments supported by a templates, protocols, and resources to enable collection of research data in a standardized manner.
