HepG2/C3A cells were grown using classical cell culture techniques (2D) or as spheroids in a MC2 Biotek microgravity rotating bioreactor (3D). Comparative protein levels in these two conditions were determined by mass spectrometric analysis of isotope dimethyl labelled proteins.
