Characterization of an environmental Brazilian Klebsiella Carbapenemase (BKC-1)-producing K. pneumoniae strain (IEC1205) recovered from a river in the Amazon region, Brazil, in 2018. The strain IEC1205 belongs to the high-risk ST11/CC258 and extensively drug resistant phenotype.

2018年从巴西亚马逊区域某河流中分离得到的一株产巴西克雷伯菌碳青霉烯酶（BKC-1）的环境源性肺炎克雷伯菌（Klebsiella pneumoniae）菌株IEC1205的特征解析。该菌株IEC1205属于高风险型别ST11/CC258，且呈现广泛耐药表型。
