Population history of the endangered bagrid catfish Pseudobagrus ichikawai

This project includes a chromosome-level whole-genome assembly, reduced-representation sequencing (MIG-seq), and whole-genome resequencing data for the endangered Japanese bagrid catfish Pseudobagrus ichikawai. Sequencing platforms include PacBio Sequel II (HiFi reads) for long-read sequencing, and Illumina NovaSeq, MiSeq, and BGI DNBSEQ for short-read sequencing. These data are used to analyze phylogeography and demographic history.
