Gene expression of small peritoneal macrophages (SPM)

Transcriptome of SPM (small peritoneal macrophages) from mice infected with LPS and treated with LCC-12 Experiments were performed on 5-week-old male SWISS mice. Male littermates were randomly assigned to experimental groups. The experimental endotoxemic model was induced by intraperitoneal (IP) injection of LPS (20 mg/kg) )(Escherichia coli O55:B5, Sigma-Aldrich, L2880). All the animals were resuscitated with 30 mL/kg body weight of saline administered subcutaneously 6 h post LPS administration. Mice were intra-peritoneally injected with LCC-12 (0.3 mg/kg 6 h after LPS challenge). Mice were sacrificed 22 h post-LPS challenge.

本数据集为经脂多糖（LPS）感染并经LCC-12处理的小鼠腹膜小巨噬细胞（small peritoneal macrophages，SPM）的转录组数据。实验使用5周龄雄性SWISS小鼠开展，将同窝雄性小鼠随机分配至各实验组。实验性内毒素血症模型通过腹腔（intraperitoneal，IP）注射脂多糖（20 mg/kg，大肠杆菌O55:B5，Sigma-Aldrich，货号L2880）诱导构建。于脂多糖注射后6小时，对所有小鼠皮下注射30 mL/kg体重的生理盐水进行复苏。于脂多糖攻毒后6小时，对小鼠腹腔注射LCC-12（0.3 mg/kg）。最终于脂多糖攻毒后22小时处死所有小鼠。
