Supporting data for "Comprehensive single-cell RNA sequencing reveals the stromal and immune dynamics and tumor-specific characteristics in the microenvironment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma"

This study can be divided into four parts: mouse model construction, sample collection and sequencing, bioinformatics analysis, and cell markers detection. Experimental data consists of tumor volumes and growth curves in the first part, single-cell sequencing data in the second part, plots that were generated via bioinformatics analysis in the third part, and staining images, as well as flow cytometry results in the fourth part.
