HybPiper_Diamond extraction file from the respective Thladiantha-specific references

Initially, this gff file was processed by a python script (prepare_hybpiper_gff.py) to add the missing information of the locus name. This file was created by the HybPiper_DIAMOND using the reference file. Further, it was used for comparison with Captus and SECAPR.

本GFF（General Feature Format）文件最初经Python脚本prepare_hybpiper_gff.py处理，以补全其缺失的基因座名称信息。该文件由HybPiper_DIAMOND结合参考文件生成，后续被用于与Captus及SECAPR开展比对分析。
