FBXW7 circular RNA Encodes a Novel Tumor Suppressive Protein in human Cells

Ten human glioblastoma samples were mixed as tumor group and their periphery normal tissues were mixed as control group. Total RNA were extracted and treated with RNase R to remove the linear RNA. Then total circular RNAs were enriched for deep sequencing to detect the expression profile of circular RNA in glioblastoma samples and their periphery normal tissues

将10例人胶质母细胞瘤（glioblastoma）样本混合作为肿瘤组，并将各样本对应的外周正常组织混合作为对照组。提取总RNA后经核糖核酸酶R（RNase R）处理以去除线性RNA，随后富集总环状RNA（circular RNA）并开展深度测序，以此检测胶质母细胞瘤样本及其外周正常组织中环状RNA的表达谱。
