Using double digest restriction site-associated DNA sequencing (ddRAD-Seq) on populations of M. montis-koyae from five Chinese and two Japanese localities, we examined the genetic structure, demographic history, also the associations between genetics, geographic and climatic variables (Genotype-environment Association).
我们采用双酶切限制性位点相关DNA测序(double digest restriction site-associated DNA sequencing,ddRAD-Seq)技术,对采自中国5个采样点及日本2个采样点的M. montis-koyae种群开展研究,解析了其遗传结构、种群历史动态,并探讨了遗传、地理与气候变量间的关联(基因型-环境关联,Genotype-environment Association)。
