3D atlas location of rat cortical neuron reconstructions (v1)

This dataset provides a LocareJSON file describing the WHS rat brain atlas location of the neuronal reconstructions provided by [Feldmeyer et al. (2020)](jhttps://doi.org/10.25493/YMV3-45H). Descriptions and images were used to arrive at a final term in the WHS rat brain atlas that represented the data using the Locare workflow. The JSON file shared here follows the locareMesh schema [(https://github.com/Neural-Systems-at-UIO/LocareJSON)](https://github.com/Neural-Systems-at-UIO/LocareJSON), making the 3D brain atlas representation of the data available for visualisation and spatial queries.
