100 万大气压以上低温8K 的红外光谱测试数据

选取TaS2作为测试样品,利用金刚石对顶砧产生103GPa高压,根据金刚石拉曼峰的位置随压力变化的关系对高压腔内的压力进行标定;利用自行设计搭建的高压原位低温红外光谱测试系统产生低温,并进行高压低温条件下的红外光谱测试,获得了TaS2在103GPa、8K条件下的红外光谱测试数据。
Tantalum disulfide (TaS₂) was selected as the test sample. A diamond anvil cell (DAC) was employed to generate a high pressure of 103 GPa, and the pressure inside the diamond anvil cell was calibrated based on the relationship between the shift of diamond Raman peak and the applied pressure. A self-designed and assembled in-situ high-pressure low-temperature infrared spectroscopy measurement system was utilized to achieve low-temperature environments, and infrared spectroscopic tests were conducted under the combined conditions of high pressure and low temperature, thus obtaining the infrared spectroscopic data of TaS₂ at 103 GPa and 8 K.
