针对过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)结合DNA片段的染色质免疫共沉淀测序(Chip-seq)分析结果显示,Arid5b、Rorb、Pank2及Htr2c是PPARγ调控胎儿前体脂肪细胞脂肪生成过程的下游靶基因。实验设计概述:本研究对3T3-L1前体脂肪细胞,以及经过表达PPARγ的HTR8细胞外囊泡处理的3T3-L1前体脂肪细胞开展了Chip-seq测序。
