Whole-genome Linkage Disequilibrium Maps for European and African Populations

These data are in Browser Extensible Data (BED) format, including the cumulative LDU position of every SNP marker within the generated maps. Additionally, these data are also made available as the kb/LDU ratio for each inter-SNP span providing a view of the regional 'intensity' of LD. These files are compatible with many commonly used genomic analysis tools.

本数据集采用浏览器可扩展数据（Browser Extensible Data, BED）格式，涵盖所生成图谱中所有单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）标记的累积连锁不平衡单位（Linkage Disequilibrium Unit, LDU）位置信息。此外，本数据集还提供了每一段SNP间区间的千碱基对（kilobase, kb）与LDU的比值，用以直观展现连锁不平衡（Linkage Disequilibrium, LD）的区域"强度"特征。上述文件可兼容多款常用基因组分析工具。
