RNA-seq analysis of Aire+/+ and Aire-/- mTECs with or without deletion of STAG2 (SA-2). Overall design: CD45-Ly51loMHCIIhi mTECs were FACS sorted and low input RNA-seq was perfomed.

针对存在或不存在STAG2（SA-2）敲除的Aire纯合野生型（Aire+/+）与Aire纯合敲除型（Aire-/-）胸腺髓质上皮细胞（medullary thymic epithelial cells, mTECs）开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。实验整体设计：通过荧光激活细胞分选（fluorescence-activated cell sorting, FACS）分选出CD45-Ly51loMHCIIhi表型的胸腺髓质上皮细胞，随后进行低起始量RNA测序。
