Fungal colonization leads to enhanced granulopoiesis in the bone marrow. The purpose of the study is to understand the alteration of cell compostions and transcriptional profile under CA colonization. Laboratory mice (C57BL/6J) under antibiotic treatment were orally innoculated with PBS or Candida albicans SC3514 (4 mice per group). After 3 weeks, BM hematopoietic cells were harvested. Cells from each mouse were then hashtagged following RBC lysis process.

真菌定植可促进骨髓粒细胞生成。本研究旨在探究白色念珠菌(Candida albicans,CA)定植状态下细胞组成与转录谱的变化情况。实验采用经抗生素处理的C57BL/6J品系小鼠,经口接种磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)或白色念珠菌SC3514菌株,每组设置4只小鼠。接种3周后,收集骨髓(BM)造血细胞。随后,对每只小鼠的细胞在完成红细胞(RBC)裂解后进行hashtag标记。
