In this study, we propose utilizing the BETTER base editing method to edit the ribosome binding site (RBS) in front of key enzymes within the phenylalanine biosynthetic pathway, generating an RBS mutation library.

本研究提出利用BETTER碱基编辑技术（BETTER base editing）对苯丙氨酸生物合成途径中关键酶上游的核糖体结合位点（ribosome binding site, RBS）进行编辑，进而构建RBS突变文库。
