Water and sediment samples were collected from Chang-re Lake (CRL) and Mang co Lake (MCL), the northwestern Tibetan Plateau. Using multi-marker metabarcoding of eDNA derived from water at multiple depths and from sediments, we analyzed the community composition of four taxonomic groups representative of different trophic levels, including cyanobacteria (CYA), diatoms (DIA), invertebrates (INV), and vertebrates (VER). Here are the R scripts used in this study.
本研究从青藏高原西北部的长热湖(Chang-re Lake, CRL)与芒措湖(Mang co Lake, MCL)采集了水体及沉积物样本。针对不同深度水体及沉积物中的环境DNA(environmental DNA, eDNA),本研究采用多标记元条形码测序(multi-marker metabarcoding)技术,对代表不同营养级的4个分类群的群落组成进行了分析,涵盖蓝细菌(cyanobacteria, CYA)、硅藻(diatoms, DIA)、无脊椎动物(invertebrates, INV)与脊椎动物(vertebrates, VER)。以下为本研究使用的R脚本。
