(1)、(2)、(3) 与 (4) 分别对应如下采样日期:2012年7月13日、2012年8月23日、2012年10月2日及2013年1月15日。ΔΔ CT(delta-delta cycle threshold,循环阈值差值)为实时定量聚合酶链反应(quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction, qPCR)中的循环阈值差值;SE为ΔΔ CT的标准误;RQ(relative quantity,相对定量值)指原始样本中RNA模板的相对定量水平。P值(P-value)为通过韦尔奇-萨特思韦特t检验(Welch-Satterthwaite t-test)对线性混合模型进行分析所得的、新烟碱类杀虫剂处理组与未处理组玉米田内蜂群间RQ平均值的概率。符号(-)表示不适用。本数据集基于采样日期与新烟碱类杀虫剂处理条件,对比分析了蜜蜂病原体丰度(变形翼病毒(deformed wing virus, DWV)、黑蜂王台病毒(black queen cell virus, BQCV)及瓦螨(varroa))与乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase, AChE)的表达水平。
