mouseTube

mouseTube is a database dedicated to mouse ultrasonic communication. mouseTube aims at gathering mouse ultrasonic vocalisations recordings and making them available for the community. mousetube associates a set of metadata to download links of raw files of mouse vocalization recordings hosted on repositories by the owners of these files. Members sharing data on mouseTube are fully responsible for the content of raw files and the accuracy of the metadata provided. mouseTube data are freely available and can be used for subsequent publications with appropriate references. This is a temporary version of MouseTube. This 0.5 version uses the same database as the 0.0 version but with more recent and safer technologies. The main improvement is that data are now accessible without authentication. If you want to share vocalization files, please contact us. This version does not allow to share file but we can do it manually. We are currently developing a new version (v1.0) with more functionalities.小鼠超声通信数据库（mouseTube）是专为小鼠超声通信领域打造的专用数据库。其旨在采集小鼠超声发声录音数据，并向全球科研社群开放共享。mouseTube为托管于各类数据存储库的小鼠发声录音原始文件的下载链接关联了配套元数据，这些文件由其原始所有者进行托管。在mouseTube平台共享数据的用户，需对原始文件的内容及所提供元数据的准确性承担全部责任。mouseTube的所有数据均可免费获取，若用于后续学术发表，请标注恰当的引用来源。当前为mouseTube的临时版本，此0.5版本与0.0版本使用同一数据库，但采用了更新且更安全的技术架构。本次更新的核心改进在于，数据现已无需身份验证即可访问。若您希望共享发声文件，请与我们联系。当前版本暂不支持直接上传共享文件，但我们可通过人工方式协助完成。我们目前正在开发具备更多功能的1.0正式版本。
