2024年1-11月基本医疗保险统筹基金和生育保险主要指标

注：1.自2024年起，我局公布数据为基本医疗保险统筹基金收入、支出，不含职工基本医保个人账户收入、支出。 2.按照现行制度规定，居民医保个人缴费收入一般集中在第四季度到账，而支出在本年按月列支，基金收入和支出的时序数额不尽匹配。

Note 1: Since 2024, the data released by our bureau refer to the income and expenditure of the overall pooling fund for basic medical insurance, excluding the income and expenditure of individual accounts under the employee basic medical insurance scheme.
Note 2: Pursuant to current institutional regulations, the individual premium income of resident basic medical insurance is generally credited to the fund in the fourth quarter, while expenditures are recognized and disbursed on a monthly basis throughout the current year, resulting in a partial mismatch between the timing and amount of the fund's income and expenditure.
