耕地复种指数是开展耕地地力评价、农业生态评价等的重要参数,遥感技术的发展使得高时空分辨率耕地复种指数监测成为了可能。本文基于Sentinel-2数据,采用Savitzky-Golay滤波方法和二次差分法,开展了海南岛耕地复种指数提取方法研究,并结合2020年地面样本数据进行验证,在此基础上,提取了2016年和2020年海南岛耕地复种指数数据集。该方法利用遥感数据提取得到的2020年海南岛耕地复种指数总体精度达91.9%,Kappa系数为0.9。本数据集可作为海南耕地复种时空变化分析的基础数据,也可为海南省开展农业生态资源监管,实施热带高效农业可持续发展战略提供数据和决策支撑。

Cropland multiple cropping index is a critical parameter for cropland soil fertility evaluation, agro-ecological assessment and other related studies. The advancement of remote sensing technology has made it possible to monitor cropland multiple cropping index with high spatiotemporal resolution. This study investigated the extraction method of cropland multiple cropping index on Hainan Island, utilizing Sentinel-2 data, the Savitzky-Golay filtering method and the second-order difference method. Validation was performed using ground sample data collected in 2020, and based on this, the cropland multiple cropping index datasets for Hainan Island in 2016 and 2020 were extracted. The overall accuracy of the 2020 cropland multiple cropping index extracted via this method on Hainan Island reached 91.9%, with a Kappa coefficient of 0.9. This dataset can serve as fundamental data for spatiotemporal change analysis of cropland multiple cropping in Hainan, and provide data support and decision-making references for the supervision of agro-ecological resources and the implementation of the sustainable development strategy for tropical high-efficiency agriculture in Hainan Province.
