Multidimensional measurements of pain, physical function, and quality of life are captured in this dataset.The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) uses a 0–10 scale to measure subjective pain severity. Using a pressure algometer The Pressure Pain Threshold (PPT) measures pain sensitivity objectively. The Mini-BESTest is used to assess balance, which reflects stability and dynamic postural control. The SF-36 questionnaire, which assesses social, mental, and physical health, is used to measure quality of life. Higher scores indicate greater disability. The Migraine Disability Assessment Score (MIDAS) measures how migraines affect day-to-day activities. When taken as a whole, the dataset supports research in the areas of chronic pain, migraine, and rehabilitation by allowing analysis of pain perception, functional performance, and life quality.
