Transcriptome profiling of adult zebrafish intestine with ace2 deficiency

Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ace2) is implicated in intestinal function. In this study, transcriptome sequencing was conducted on intestinal tissues from adult ace2 mutant zebrafish and wild-type siblings. The dataset captures genome-wide transcriptional alterations associated with ace2 loss in the zebrafish intestine. This resource facilitates further studies on ace2-related intestinal biology and gene regulatory networks.
