ATYPICAL EVOLUTION AFTER DENGUE: EXTRADURAL HEMATOMA OF VERTEBRAL CANAL LEVEL L4-L5

ABSTRACT The objective of this paper is to report a case of atypical evolution after a classic case of dengue confirmed by serology, in which the formation of an epidural hematoma with low back pain and radiculopathy was observed. The article is a qualitative and descriptive case report. Data were collected from the medical records of the hospital where the patient was treated. In conclusion, the diagnostic correlation of dengue with this rare condition was possible due to radiological comparisons before and after the formation of the extradural hematoma. 摘要 本文旨在报告1例经血清学（serology）确诊的典型登革热（dengue）患者发病后出现的非典型病程病例，该患者期间并发了伴腰痛（low back pain）与神经根病（radiculopathy）的硬膜外血肿（epidural hematoma）。本文为定性描述性病例报告。研究数据来源于患者就诊医院的病历档案。综上，通过对比硬膜外血肿形成前后的影像学资料，可明确登革热与该罕见病症间的诊断关联。证据等级为V级；专家意见。
