Here we report genome wide estimation of expression profiles at promoter level in Soleus and EDL muscles in rat hindlimbs under unloading conditions. Overall design: Samples were collected from rat hindlimbs at normal state, after unloading for 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days; recovery after 7 days unloading for 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days. Extracted total RNA were proceeded into cDNA and submitted to nAnTi-CAGE libraries preparation with subsequent sequencing on Illumina HiSeq2500 (SE, 50bp)
本研究报道了大鼠后肢比目鱼肌(Soleus)与伸趾长肌(EDL)在去负荷条件下的启动子水平全基因组表达谱估算结果。整体实验设计:实验样本采集自大鼠后肢,包含正常状态、去负荷24小时、3天、7天,以及7天去负荷后分别恢复24小时、3天、7天的多个实验组别。提取的总RNA经反转录制备为cDNA后,进行nAnTi-CAGE文库构建,随后在Illumina HiSeq2500平台上开展单端(SE,50bp)测序。
