We employed RNA-seq to profile the transcriptome of Morus 'Sakonnakorn', a cultivar known for its rich secondary metabolite profile. This analysis aimed to elucidate the genetic regulation of the phenylpropanoid pathway and other related metabolic networks in response to specific elicitors.
