Evaluation of S100A8/A9 function in macrophages differentiated from THP-1 cells. Homo sapiens strain:THP-1

The heterodimer of S100A8 and A9 (S100A8/A9) is an inflammatory factor engaged in the onset of chronic inflammatory diseases. However, the precise role of S100A8/A9 in macrophages remains unclear. To investigate this, we conducted a comprehensive RNA-seq analysis of genes whose expression is induced by the S100A8/A9 protein in macrophages.
