Tortoise Nasal Bacterial Sequences

Sequences from 454-pyrosequencing of nasal flush samples from North American tortoises. Sequences are demultiplexed. Mapping file provides information on host species, site, and sex; sampling year; presence of mucus at sampling time; presence of two Mycoplasma spp. in the samples from quantitative PCR; and sequencing information such as barcode sequences.

本数据集涵盖北美陆龟鼻腔冲洗样本的454焦磷酸测序（454-pyrosequencing）序列。所有序列均已完成解复用处理。配套的映射文件包含如下信息：宿主物种、采样位点及宿主性别；采样年份；采样时鼻腔黏液的存在状态；经定量PCR检测的样本中两种支原体属（Mycoplasma spp.）的阳性情况；以及条形码序列等测序相关信息。
