To capture the global gene expression patterns in the cerebral vasculature following acute systemic inflammation, we injected the mice with LPS and sacrificed them after 15 min, 30 min, and 4 hrs, followed by the isolation of the cerebral vessels. RNA was isolated from the vessel lysates, followed by library preparation and RNA sequencing. mRNA profiles of cerebral vessels isolated from the brains of mice (C57BL6, Wild type, 2-3 months old) injected (intra peritoneal) with 10mg/kg LPS for 15 min, 30 min and 4 hrs or PBS. (n=3 in each group, every sample in each group includes the cerebral vessels from one male and one female mice pooled together)

为探究急性全身性炎症后脑脑血管的全局基因表达模式,我们向小鼠注射脂多糖(LPS),并分别于给药后15分钟、30分钟及4小时处死小鼠,随后分离脑血管组织。从血管裂解物中提取RNA,随后完成文库制备与RNA测序。本数据集涵盖2-3月龄野生型C57BL/6小鼠的脑血管mRNA表达谱:实验小鼠经腹腔注射10mg/kg脂多糖(LPS)后,分别于15分钟、30分钟及4小时处死;对照组小鼠则注射磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)。每组设置3个生物学重复,每组内每份样本均混合1只雄性与1只雌性小鼠的脑血管组织。
