Macroscopic Data for Apicomplexan Parasites

According to the parasitologist-level knowledge, Plasmodium is ring-shaped, Toxoplasma is generally banana-shaped, Babesia is typically double-pear-shaped and Erythrocytes resemble an apple. We photo 500 macroscopic images each of ring, banana, double-pear, and apple as Macro data, which best match the Micro objects of interest.

基于寄生虫学专家级的专业知识，疟原虫（Plasmodium）呈环状，弓形虫（Toxoplasma）通常呈香蕉状，巴贝西虫（Babesia）多为双梨形，而红细胞（Erythrocytes）外形近似苹果。我们为上述四类形态分别拍摄了500张宏观图像，将其作为宏观（Macro）数据集，该数据集可最佳匹配所关注的微观目标对象。
