<b>CDTD: A global database for crop domestication traits</b>

Here, we extracted data from 79 publications reporting comparative studies of crop domestication traits worldwide and built a database (CDTD) containing 56 traits from 58 crops. This database includes 1492 records and information on their geography and experimental environment. CDTD is a big dataset of crop domestication traits, which provides information for crop domestication research and is helpful for future crop breeding and crop re-domestication.本研究从全球范围内刊载作物驯化性状比较研究的79篇学术文献中提取相关数据，构建了涵盖58种作物、56项驯化性状的作物驯化性状数据库（Crop Domestication Trait Database，CDTD）。该库共计收录1492条记录，并包含相关地理分布与试验环境信息。作为作物驯化性状领域的大型数据集，CDTD可为作物驯化研究提供数据支撑，同时有助于未来作物育种与作物再驯化工作的开展。
