Establishments in Japan with at least four employees that at the time of the census were classified as belonging to Division F: Manufacturing of the Japan Standard Industrial Classification, except those belonging to the national government or to public or government corporations, as well as establishments with fewer than four employees falling into the following 3-digit JSIC categories: 203 Twisting Yarns; 204 Woven Fabrics; 205 Knit Fabrics; 231 Furniture; 233 Fixtures; 282 Rubber and Plastic Footwear and Its Findings; 291 Leather Tanning and Finishing; 292 Mechanical Leather Products (Except Gloves and Mittens); 293 Cut Stock and Findings for Leather Footwear; 294 Leather Footwear; 295 Leather Gloves and Mittens; 296 Baggage; 297 Handbags and Small Cases; 298 Fur Skins; 299 Miscellaneous Leather Products; 304 Pottery and Related Products; and 332 Tableware (Occidental Type), Cutlery, Hand Tools and Hardware.
