This project includes single cell RNA sequencing experiments and bulk RNA sequencing experiments of varying conditions in placenta-derived trophoblast and decidua organoids. This includes: bulk RNA sequencing of trophoblasts infected with seven different teratogenic viruses, bulk and single cell RNA sequencing of trophoblast organoids engineered to express DUX4 under a doxycycline inducible promoter, bulk RNA sequencing of trophoblast and decidua organoids infected with HSV-1, and single cell RNA sequencing of trophoblast organoids infected with HSV-1.

本数据集涵盖胎盘来源滋养层类器官与蜕膜类器官在多种条件下的单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA sequencing)及批量RNA测序(bulk RNA sequencing)实验,具体包括:感染7种不同致畸病毒的滋养层细胞的批量RNA测序;在多西环素诱导型启动子调控下表达DUX4的工程化滋养层类器官的批量及单细胞RNA测序;感染单纯疱疹病毒1型(HSV-1)的滋养层类器官与蜕膜类器官的批量RNA测序;以及感染单纯疱疹病毒1型(HSV-1)的滋养层类器官的单细胞RNA测序。
