PACO baseline MR brain images and segmentations

The PACO Study (personnalité, Alzheimer, comportement) 

Baseline imaging data supporting the sub-study Neuroanatomical correlates of recognizing face expressions in mild stages of Alzheimer's disease.

39 subjects.

paco-mri-1.tar, paco-mri-2.tar: T1-weighted MR images at baseline 

paco-pincram.tar: binary brain masks, spatially aligned with MR images, for foreground/background separation 

paco-maper.tar: label volumes, spatially aligned with MR images, identifying 83 anatomical regions

PACO研究（人格（Personality）、阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer）、行为（Behaviour））

本数据集为支撑"轻度阿尔茨海默病患者面部表情识别的神经解剖学关联"这一子研究的基线影像学数据。

共纳入39名受试者。

paco-mri-1.tar、paco-mri-2.tar：基线状态下的T1加权磁共振成像（T1-weighted MR）图像
paco-pincram.tar：与磁共振图像空间对齐的二值化脑掩码（binary brain mask）文件，用于前景/背景分离
paco-maper.tar：与磁共振图像空间对齐的标记体积（label volume）文件，可识别83个解剖学区域
