This data represents repeated immunohistochemical staining and stripping (elution) cycles of an array tomography tissue ribbon from mouse barrel cortex following chessboard deprivation. Included are images from consecutive 70 nm serial sections aligned to produce a high-resolution volumetric reconstruction of a given antibody stain.

本数据集源自棋盘式感觉剥夺（chessboard deprivation）后小鼠桶皮层（mouse barrel cortex）的阵列断层成像（array tomography）组织切片带的重复免疫组织化学染色与剥离（洗脱）循环（stripping (elution) cycles）实验。所收录的图像均为经对齐处理的连续70纳米切片，可用于构建特定抗体染色的高分辨率三维体积重建结果。
