Experimento neuromanagement

A simulation of a selection of personnel has been carried out after the creation of a tool to help them with neurosciences. A real selection of personnel has not been carried out, the important thing about this work is that a certain type of data has been collected that can provide a solution to an existing problem of personnel selection and not the results of the selection itself. The names are fictitious and if there has been any data that it has not been possible to use due to artifacts, etc. They have been used from another individual that were ok to be used. It is repeated that the result of the experiment is not transcendent in terms of who should be selected, but to show that the created tool could be used in the way it is done in the article.

本研究在研发完成神经科学辅助工具后，开展了一组人员遴选模拟实验。本次研究未开展实际的人员遴选工作，本工作的核心价值在于采集了可用于解决现有人员遴选难题的特定类型数据，而非人员遴选的最终结果。实验涉及的所有人员姓名均为虚构；若因数据伪影等问题导致部分原始数据无法使用，则采用其他合规的替代数据。需特别强调的是，本实验的结果并不具备实际的人员遴选决策参考价值，其唯一目的仅为验证所研发工具可按照论文所述的方式正常运行。
