含有甜橙属名、中文名、采集地、经度、纬度、海拔、采集时间、采集单位，橙汁加工工艺、加工单位、所用仪器设备，橙汁挥发性化合物数据采集单位、采集时间、醇类、醛类、烯烃类、酯类、酮类成分等数据；主要包括2019-2020年超高压NFC橙汁挥发性化合物数据库，2020-2021年NFC橙汁与FC橙汁挥发性化合物数据库。

This dataset contains comprehensive information related to sweet orange samples and orange juice products: the scientific name and Chinese common name of sweet orange (Citrus sinensis); basic sample collection information including collection location, longitude, latitude, altitude, collection date and collecting institution; orange juice processing details such as processing technology, processing institution and utilized instruments and equipment; volatile compound data of orange juice, covering the collection institution and collection date of the volatile compound detection data, as well as the contents of alcohols, aldehydes, olefins, esters, ketones and other components. It mainly includes two volatile compound databases: one for ultra-high pressure NFC (Not From Concentrate) orange juice spanning 2019–2020, and the other for both NFC and FC (From Concentrate) orange juice covering 2020–2021.
