We hypothesized that a specific combination of NSPases (i.e., cellulose, xylanase and mannanases) apply in the high concentrate diet would break cell wall, improve rumen fermentation and growth performance of sheep. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of NSPases on intake and total apparent digestibility of nutrients, rumen fermentation, and rumen microbes composition of sheep.
