Soil volumetric water content data of the 0-200 cm profile of research sample sites

A set of automatic soil water content and temperature monitoring equipment were installed in each site，these sample sites were grouped into three age-classes: young stands (5–10 years) of Pinus tabuliformis in Dianta Town (DTPT) and Zaowa (ZWPT), and Platycladus orientalis in Zhanghuazhai (ZHPO); middle-aged (20–30 years) mixed P. orientalis–Prunus armeniaca forests on the sunny and shaded slopes of Dongshan Park (DSS1 & DSS2) and P. orientalis in Jinjie Town (JJPO); and mature (60 years) P. tabuliformis in Zidazhuang (ZDPT), respectively.

各监测样地均布设了一套土壤含水率（soil water content）与温度自动监测设备。本数据集的样地按林龄划分为三个龄级组：其一为5–10年生幼龄林，包含店塔镇油松（Pinus tabuliformis）样地（DTPT）、枣洼油松样地（ZWPT），以及张化寨侧柏（Platycladus orientalis）样地（ZHPO）；其二为20–30年生中龄林，涵盖东山公园阴阳坡侧柏-山杏（Platycladus orientalis–Prunus armeniaca）混交林样地（DSS1与DSS2），以及金街镇侧柏样地（JJPO）；其三为子大庄60年生成熟油松（Pinus tabuliformis）样地（ZDPT）。
