Cell-free microRNAs circulating with blood in young and aged mice

We investigated cell-free miRNAs in the blood of young and aged mice. The results indicated marked difference in the level of certain miRNAs between the mice. Small RNA samples prepared from the plasma of young and aged C57BL6/J mice were examined by 3D-Gene Mouse miRNA chips.

本研究针对年轻与衰老小鼠血液中的无细胞微小RNA（cell-free miRNAs）展开探究。结果显示，两类小鼠体内部分微小RNA的表达水平存在显著差异。研究人员采用3D-Gene小鼠微小RNA芯片，对从年轻及衰老C57BL6/J小鼠血浆中提取的小RNA样本进行了检测分析。
