In this study, institutional IRB approval was obtained and peripheral blood and bone marrow samples on patients with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia were collected. On the samples, we performed chromatin immuno-precipitation and next generation sequencing to assess histone modifications and epigenetic changes associated with proliferative and dysplastic phenotypes. Overall design: Samples were collected from the bone marrow after obtaining written informed consent. This was approved by the Mayo Clinic IRB 15-003786

本研究已获得机构审查委员会（Institutional Review Board, IRB）批准，采集了慢性粒单核细胞白血病患者的外周血及骨髓样本。针对上述样本，我们开展了染色质免疫沉淀（chromatin immuno-precipitation）与下一代测序（next generation sequencing）实验，以评估与增殖及发育异常表型相关的组蛋白修饰与表观遗传变化。总体实验设计：在获取书面知情同意后采集骨髓样本，本研究经梅奥诊所（Mayo Clinic）IRB 15-003786号项目批准。
