Weibull-Simulated Failure Time Dataset

This dataset is a synthetic failure time series simulated from the Weibull distribution. The scale parameter was fixed at 800, and the shape parameter was set to 0.8, 1, and 2.5 to represent infant mortality, random failures, and wear-out patterns. Furthermore, white noise with standard deviations of 50, 100, and 150 was added to enhance realism.

本数据集为基于威布尔分布（Weibull distribution）模拟生成的合成故障时间序列。其尺度参数固定为800，形状参数分别设为0.8、1与2.5，分别对应早期失效、随机失效与耗损失效模式。此外，为提升数据真实感，还分别添加了标准差为50、100与150的白噪声。
